- OVERNIGHT DELIVERY: If you order anywhere between 6a- 1p everyday except for Saturdays and Sundays.
- We ONLY ship Monday- Saturday (No shipping on Sundays and major holidays)
- ALL SHIPPING times below are estimates given by USPS, UPS andFedex. Hair Is Life is NOT responsible for shipping time or delays. We do promise to do our part and to ship on time. We will contact you via email should any questions about your order arise prior to shipping.

Hair Is Life does not ship outside of the United States.
Hair Is Life will happily accommodate unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns or exchanges 14 days after your purchase. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Hair Is Life.
Our warranty DOES NOT cover the following:- Defects from improper application.
- Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, coloring, cutting the wefts, etc).
- Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form.
- Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions.
