Hair Is Life will happily accommodate unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns or exchanges 14 days after your purchase. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Hair Is Life.

Our warranty DOES NOT cover the following:

• Defects from improper application.
• Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, coloring, cutting the wefts, etc).
• Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form.
• Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions.

Hair Is Life recommends that you treat your extensions and wigs like your natural hair. If your extensions are sewn, micro-linked, or taped in, you can wash them along with your natural hair. You can treat wigs the same way.

• Use sulfate-free shampoo
• Use conditioner
• Wash your extensions as needed
• Dry your hair

To get the most out of your extensions and wigs make sure to treat them with care. Just like your natural hair, extensions and wigs can get split ends and eventually look damaged after being styled over and over again. To protect your investment, as well as your real hair, go easy on the heat styling, always use a thermal protecting spray before using hot tools and deep-condition your hair at least once a week.
